Pay Rate: Based on experience/performance

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for up to 6 hours and lift up around 40 pounds
• Ability to work individually as well as with others
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work not only at a quick pace but also efficiently
• Team player, adaptable, reliable, and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with team members and leaders
• Must be 16 years or older

Responsibilities:

• Keep the prep area neat, clean, and in order
• Efficiently create prepped cold menu items such as wraps, salads, fruit cups, yogurt parfaits, and bulk orders for catering trays while meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Keep up-to-date with new products or new procedures
• Thoroughly clean, cut, and prepare lettuce for salads or sandwiches
• Keep the prep table stocked with product for the next shift
• Wash and put away kitchen dishes
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to a leader
• Always follow all company policies and procedures
• Carry out instructions given by the leaders and operator
